Capitol Chill - worst snow in 90 years hits the U.S.
Washington's Capitol Hill building is shrouded in white as the heaviest snowfall in 90 years brought chaos to the US capital yesterday.
Flights were cancelled and roads closed as blizzard conditions battered the region, causing hundreds of accidents.
