Katy Perry now has no doubt boyfriend Russell Brand is a diamond geezer...
And to prove her point, the singer yesterday showed off for the first time the s30,000 engagement ring he bought her.
The giant two-carat rock embedded in a thick gold band sparkled like the icy pavements as the couple went for breakfast at a caf› near Russell's North London home. It was no secret Brand, 34, was going to pop the question, since he was spotted choosing the ring three weeks ago in Cartier.
ut a pal said: "Katy adored it and more so because Russell picked it himself."
The couple later headed to Heathrow for a flight to the US to show off the ring to 25-year-old Katy's family in California.
But how long before they meet Russell as her Brand new hubby?
