Lady Gaga goes mad for British fish and chips
The chips are down for Miss Poker Face...
It seems Lady GaGa just can't get enough of our good old fish and chips.
The pop starlet who is currently touring the UK, had her minions run out to top Cardiff chippie The Albany Fish Bar for 35 portions of battered haddock and chips.
Apparently, GaGa had given her chef the day off then she got the munchies after her incredible sell-out performance at the International Arena.
And only the calorific British treat would stop her rumbling tum.
Chippie owner Tariq Siddique tells us: "I had a call from her manager saying all the crew wanted to experience our fish and chips. A runner turned up in a van, handed over £140 and took the meals away."
The flamboyant singer has tucked into the staple British takeaway several times on this tour.
An insider says: "GaGa's all about excess and she's getting as much of the meal in as she can while she's touring.
"She's been quizzing the chip shop owners on how to make the perfect batter so her chefs can whip up authentic fish 'n' chips when she's back in America."
