Neck pain tips for Bloggers and Computer Users
1. Make sure that you use speaker phones while talking.
2. Do small exercises in between your work and stretch your neck muscles by rotating your neck.
3. After you wake up from your bed, do exercises which will help you in avoiding muscle cramps when there is a sudden jerk.
4. Maintain correct posture while sitting before your computer or laptop, so sit straight and continue your work.
